Access Sociuu Hub

How the SociuuHub Login Works
Step 1. Access the SociuuHub
To access the SociuuHub, employees or admins need to use the provided SociuuHub link or click the button in the email sent to them as shown in the image below.

Step 2. Log in to the SociuuHub
Once users access the SociuuHub, they will be directed to a page where they need to enter their email address. They will then receive an email containing a "magic link" that grants access to the SociuuHub.

In the image below, you can see the email with the magic link (blue button). The "Login to SociuuHub" button acts as the link. When the user clicks it, they will be directed to their SociuuHub account.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Users have 2 attempts to use the magic link.

The magic link is active for 8 hours. After this period, the link will become inactive.

Once logged in, the session will remain active for 30 days.

​The Sociuu Team can customize the login settings for you! These are the available options:

Changing amount of attempts to use the link in the email

Changing the number of hours the link in the email is active

Duration of the session lifetime of the browser, after the SociuuHub is opened.

Viewing SociuuHub from an Employee Perspective
To view the SociuuHub as an employee, follow these steps:

Go to User Management and access the "All Users" area.

Click on the three dots next to the user you want to view.

Select "Login to SociuuHub".

This will allow you to see how the SociuuHub appears to your employees.
