Options for Your Sender Email
Use an existing email address, or..
Create a new, unique email address specifically for Sociuu.
Once you’ve chosen an email, simply share it with your Customer Success Manager. We’ll handle the creation of all necessary credentials—no need to involve your IT team until implementation.
4 Simple Steps to Implement
Provide a Sender Email Address
Share the email address you want to use (new or existing). This will be displayed on all Sociuu communications.
Receive IT Credentials
Sociuu will send the necessary credentials for your IT team to implement.
Implementation and Whitelisting
After your IT team completes the implementation and Whitelisting, notify Sociuu.
Verification and Testing
Sociuu will validate, test, and confirm the setup.
